Saab To Improve Norwegian Air Surveillance Radars

Saab has signed a contract with NATO Assist and Procurement Company (NSPA) for upgrading three SINDRE I air surveillance radars in Norway.

Deliveries will happen between 2017 and 2020, with work undertaken by Saab Applied sciences Norway, in Halden, Norway and Saab Protection and Safety USA, in Syracuse, New York, USA.

”Saab’s radar upgrading method is a confirmed and efficient solution to lengthen the service lifetime of present air surveillance radars.
